3月30日0—24時，31個省（自治區、直轄市）和新疆生產建設兵團報告新增確診病例11例，其中境外輸入病例5例（廣東2例，福建1例，河南1例，陜西1例），本土病例6例（均在云南）；無新增死亡病例；新增疑似病例1例，為境外輸入病例（在內蒙古）。
The Chinese mainland recorded 11 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, five from overseas and six domestic cases in southwest China's Yunnan province, data from the National Health Commission (NHC) showed on Wednesday.
No new deaths related to COVID-19 were reported, the NHC said.
▌云南瑞麗市區開展全員核酸檢測
云南省瑞麗市新冠肺炎疫情防控工作指揮部31日發布通告，31日8時起，全面開展市區全員新冠肺炎疫情核酸檢測，檢測費用由政府承擔。
通告指出，市區所有居民進行居家隔離，時間暫定一周，居家隔離期間，除超市、藥店、農貿市場外，其他經營場所一律停業；居家隔離期間，每戶居民憑網格負責人開具的出行證明，可安排1名人員外出采購生活物品；單位家屬區、商品房小區等有集中管理的居住區，由小區門衛做好登記，體溫檢測、掃碼出入；運送醫療物資設備、生活用品、農副產品等需要進入瑞麗的貨物車輛，由入城卡點進行檢查、測溫后，憑行程碼或云南健康碼綠碼放行；3月14日0時后離開瑞麗的人員要主動向當地社區報告并做核酸檢測。
People in Ruili, Yunnan province have been ordered not to enter or exit the city, as traffic controls are being conducted to contain the spread of the coronavirus, according to officials at a news conference on Wednesday. The ban took effect at 10 pm on Tuesday.

The city reported six locally transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases and three asymptomatic infections on Tuesday, according to provincial health authorities.
▌原則上不進不出！
3月30日22時起，瑞麗市對離開該市車輛、人員進行交通管制，原則上不進不出；確需離開瑞麗的人員須持72小時以內核酸檢測陰性報告。
對進入瑞麗的人員、車輛原則上就地勸返。
People who must leave the city are required to present a negative coronavirus test taken within 72 hours. People entering the city will be asked to turn back.
待全員核酸檢測完成后，視情決定是否繼續實施交通管制。
The traffic controls will be lifted after everyone in the city completes a test. Testing is expected to be completed before midnight.
